I have worked in Victoria Real Estate market since 1986; speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. My Philosophy is honest and straight forward, my commitment to my clients is to help them make informed decision. I never turn anyone in need of my help away, if I can't help them, I will find someone or some direction to help them. I work in Residential, Commercial and Investment field and proud to claim knowledgeable in the field as well as the market. I sat on the Victoria Real Estate Technical Task Force for two years. Also help assemble computers for Senior for gaming. Ongoing participation in various Chinese groups for English Translation.
