About Shanna
I am lucky to have been born, raised and lived in the Victoria area all my life. I began my real estate career in 2005 after earning a Diploma in Business Management and spending 10 years in the hospitality industry where I was a Manager at a hotel in downtown Victoria. I was drawn into the real estate industry after purchasing my first home, a condo, in 2003. I realized that helping others like myself with the process of buying and selling homes was a profession I would be proud of. I recognize that buying or selling real estate is likely the largest transaction any person will undertake in their lifetime, so it is my goal to guide clients every step of the way to ensure the best possible experience.

Having a work-life balance is important to me. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Victor and our son Jhett. My family’s love of hockey means spending lots of time at the hockey rink. We also enjoy hiking, exploring new areas around Victoria and the island, as well as camping and spending time near the ocean.
A portion of my commission from every sale goes towards the Children’s Miracle Network.
