About Caelan
Born and raised in Victoria, Caelan Veenstra brings a strong local knowledge and a modern approach to real estate. As a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Camosun, Caelan is passionate about helping clients navigate the Greater Victoria market with confidence, whether they’re buying their first home, upgrading, or investing.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Caelan built and operated a real estate media company, working closely with agents and developers across the region. Through that experience, he gained a deep understanding of what makes homes stand out in the market and how strategic marketing can maximize a property’s value.
Caelan combines that marketing expertise with a strong work ethic and a client-first mindset. He believes real estate is about more than just transactions; it’s about building long-term relationships and helping people make smart decisions about one of their biggest investments.
When he’s not working with clients, Caelan enjoys exploring the outdoors around Vancouver Island, skiing, fishing, Hiking and staying active in the local community.
