Marlon believes real estate should feel approachable, not overwhelming. As an agent, he is committed to guiding clients through the process with clear communication, honest advice, and a no-pressure approach.
He was born in Montreal, has lived in Nova Scotia and Ontario, as well as on the West Coast on Salt Spring Island, Mayne Island, and Gabriola Island. He moved to Victoria in 2003, and it quickly became home.
Having experienced a wide range of communities, Marlon understands that finding the right home is about more than just the property, it’s about lifestyle, connection, and a true sense of belonging. Whether clients are buying their first home, exploring their options, or preparing to sell, he is dedicated to making the experience smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable.
Outside of real estate, Marlon is a passionate record collector, fitness enthusiast, and avid traveler who enjoys exploring food and café cultures both locally and abroad; always happy to share a great recommendation. He’s also a proud family man, with all his immediate family calling Vancouver Island home. He lives in downtown Victoria with his partner and their two cats.
